La distribuidora comenzo a funcionar en 1997,luego de haber estado intercambiando material con algunos otros zines,sellos y bandas de Lationamerica.Con varias cosas recibidad empeze a pensar en la posibilidad de difundir el material recibido,la desicion fue mas que clara,el hacer una distro para asi poder por un lado apoyar el material que recibo y por otro poder tener la oportunidad de mover el material el cual produzco.

Entes Anomicos son :
- Carlos Palacios : Coleccionista empedernido,entre sus cosas favoritas para coleccionar estan : Zines,Tapes,Cds,Cdrs,Vinilos,Posters.
- Nina Palacios : Empedernida al cafe,a la musica de piano y al indierock.
